Agreement to Terms

By using the services of DBP Diamond Bar Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all services we provide, including weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspection services.

Service Description

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Diamond Bar, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, filter maintenance, and repair services.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met or if access to your pool is restricted.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide us with clear access to your pool during scheduled service times. If we cannot access your pool on the scheduled day, you may be charged a service call fee.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes, but we may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For weekly service customers, we will establish a regular service day. If you need to change your service day, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For weekly service customers, payment is typically due monthly on the date specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees.

Any additional services beyond your regular maintenance agreement will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellations without proper notice may result in charges for the remaining service period.

We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, repeated access issues, or unsafe conditions.

Liability and Insurance

DBP Diamond Bar Pool Service is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect you and your property.

We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control such as severe weather or improper pool construction.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses.

Chemical Use and Storage

We use professional-grade pool chemicals to maintain your pool. All chemicals are stored and handled according to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.

If you prefer to supply your own chemicals, you must inform us in writing. In such cases, we are not responsible for water quality issues resulting from chemical quality or improper storage.

Equipment Repairs

We will notify you of any equipment issues we discover during our service visits. All repairs require your approval before we proceed.

We provide a warranty on our repair work as specified in your repair invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.

Safety

Your safety is our priority. We recommend that you do not swim for at least 30 minutes after chemical treatment, or as specified on chemical labels.

Please keep pets and children away from the pool area during our service visits.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
